Guidelines
Collection Times
Our trucks are on the road as early as 5:30 a.m. on collection days. Please put all garbage and recyclables out the night before your collection day to ensure pick-up.
We make every effort to get to your home or office the same time each week however, construction, traffic, new routes or many other unforeseen circumstances may mean directional changes which affect the time that you become accustomed to
Holiday Schedule
We conduct business as usual on all holidays except Christmas.
If Christmas Day falls on a weekend there will be no change in collection schedule.
Inclement Weather
In the event we are experiencing delays due to inclement weather, or unforeseen circumstances notifications are sent via our One Call Now system.
Depending on the severity of the situation and or road conditions, in some cases you may expect same or next day collection.
